    More comfortable steps with soft gel heel inserts

    The heel inserts are made of soft silicone gel with an extra-soft blue core directly under the heel. The core springs and cushions when the heel hits the ground, providing a pleasantly soft feel when you stand and walk a lot - in everyday life, at work, or on a walk.

    The contoured shape keeps the insert in place in the shoe, and the transparent material makes it discreet even in more open shoes. The inserts fit sneakers, walking shoes, work shoes, and most everyday shoes.

    How to use the heel inserts

    Place one insert in each shoe with the blue core directly under the heel. Choose size S (35–40) or L (41–46) according to your shoe size. The inserts can be moved between shoes and replaced when worn.
